Make Complain on the internet

In every country in this world, human is free to stand up for his or her argument. Everyone is free to make opinion about something. You can also make opinion about something on the internet. Although there is a case about a woman who got lawsuit from a hospital because she writes a complaint about the hospital service, talking your complaints on the internet is not violating any rules. But, you have to be modest on sharing your opinion with the other internet users. I have complaint about a service but I don’t share my complaint publicly on the internet or media mass.

At that time I complained about poor service of a restaurant my girlfriend visited. I talked to the manager but the manager just not gave me a clarification about my problem and she even did not apologize to me nor to my sister. Well, it was quite shocking and annoying me since every restaurant’s manager have to be kind and humble when it comes to talk with customer. So, I decided to share my dissatisfaction about the restaurant service on a forum in the internet and finally the restaurant manager called me back and apologized for the problem.
